A Call-Out if a piece of feedback for a given metric within an iteration. It is triggered if the calculated score for a day in the iteration (whether it is the latest day of an iteration in progress, or the last day of an iteration already closed) falls out of the moving range (ie. moving median +/- one standard deviation).

If a call-out is triggered for a metric, additional calculations are performed on the features relevant to that metric and, depending on the results, a feature may be considered as a driver for the call-out.

When triggered, Call-Outs appear in a bar beneath the Chart as a text summary of the change. By clicking ‘See More’, you will see the specific drivers for the change and the related value to help quantify the magnitude of the driver that’s most influencing your performance for the metric.
