Drivers are features that have an influencing impact on your team’s metric score.

Drivers that are identified by Umano as influencing a team’s score are presented in the Team Performance Summary and Report, and provide deeper context to what is ‘driving’ the team’s score for a given iteration and metric.

When a score for a given metric falls outside of the sprint’s moving performance range, Drivers are presented as Call-Outs within the bar below the Chart.
