Workspace User Settings: Invite and manage users to your Workspace

Workspace User settings allows Users to be invited to your Workspace, and assigned an Organisation Role. Roles can also be edited from within your Workspace User Settings.

Organisation Roles include:

Admin: has full access to everything in your organisation's Workspace, including billing, invitation rights, tool connections, source selection and Project Owner access to all teams.

Manager: can create projects, edit project sources and invite other Managers and Users to have Basic Access.

Basic Access: permissions allow Users to view Team Spaces to which they are invited by Managers or Project Owners.

Only Organisation Admins and Managers can manage Workspace User Settings, accessible from the left-side toolbar.

Organisation Admins and Managers can edit an Active User's Organisation Role from within Workspace User Settings. They are also able to edit an Active User's Team Access Role.

Umano notifies the Active User via email of any changes made to their Organisation or Team Access Role.

New Users can also be invited to join your organisation's Workspace, by selecting 'Invite Users'.

All new Users must be invited to a Team and assigned a Team Access Role when invited to join an organisation's Workspace.

An email invitation will request new Users to set their password and be verified prior to joining your Workspace. All 'Invited Users' will be displayed when selecting this tab; their status will change to being an 'Active User' once their password is set.
