As default, Umano update's your Teamspace automatically at the. end of your team's working day (typically 2am as per your Workspace timezone setting). This ensures that your insights are updated before you commence your next day, and set your goals for the day with a clear picture of how your team finished up yesterday and where your team is at for the day ahead.
To help Workspace Admins and Teamspace Managers update their team's insights prior to a meeting where they want the most up to date picture, all you have to do is select the Refresh Activity button at the top right corner of your Teamspace.
1. How to refresh your Teamspace
Select Refresh Activity Button in the top right of your Teamspace
Upon learning how long the refresh will take, Confirm you wish to continue

At the bottom of your Tracker, you will find a notice indicating when your teamspace was last updated, confirming completion of the refresh.
2. Updating multiple teams across a workspace
When multiple teams from a company's Workspace have selected to update their Teamspaces at overlapping times, their refresh will join a Workspace queue. Managers that select a to Refresh Activity will be told an estimate of when their project's refresh will commence, and how long the refresh is expected to take, based on the team's last update.
The banner in the workspace will update live, according to both queue times and analysis times remaining.
