How long is the free trial?

We offer a 30 day free trial for teams to access their Guide plan.

Can we cancel at any time?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, however we do not offer refunds for a billing period you've already paid for. Your service will continue to operate until the end of your paid subscription period.

Can we pay via invoice?

Yes, you can choose to pay via invoice for payments over $2,000 USD.

Can we negotiate your terms?

No. All customers must agree to our standard terms of service and privacy policy.

When do we need to pay?

We don't require a credit card to start a free trial. A credit card is required to continue using the product beyond the trial period. You may enter your credit card details at any time during the trial period.

How safe is our data?

We use industry standard cloud infrastructure along with extra safeguards to ensure your data remains secure. Read our Security and Privacy policies.

What are Project Contributors?

These are the people on your project actually doing the work. They may be core, or auxiliary to achieving your goal, and are usually the engineers, tech leaders, PMs and Scrum Masters focussed on delivering great outcomes to customers. Project contributors may or may not be Umano Users, provisioned with access to a team's Project Space.

What is a Team?

A team is the group of people collaborating and working together to deliver a shared outcome. For the purposes of billing, a team is identified as a single project board, and includes all project contributors identified and collaborating on work items on the board.

How will I be charged for running concurrent sprints on a single Board?

Your account will be charged for each team operating their sprint cycle on the selected Board.

What is a Umano User?

A person given access to view a team's Project Space on Umano.
