Manage Team Spaces

A Team Space is your team’s personalised performance dashboard. It presents your team’s Performance Summary, highlighting your current vs usual performance across a range of attributes and supporting agile success metrics.

Add a new Team Space to your existing Workspace

On your Team Overview page you can click on 'Create Team' to add a new Team Space to your existing Workspace.

Alternatively you can also create a new Team by using the 'Create Team' button in the Teams dropdown at the top of your dashboard.

1. Once you've clicked on 'Create Team' you'll need to add the team sources.

2. Begin setting up your new Team Space by choosing a Jira Software board used in the team you would like to add.

3. Continue setting up your Team Space by selecting teams sources from each of the connected tools that you use to manage your team.

4. Once your Team Sources have been selected, you’ll be asked to confirm which team members you wish to include. Your Team Space will only reflect the work of selected team members.

Archive Team Spaces

Presently, Umano does not enable Team Spaces to be removed or archived as a self-service feature. If this is an action you would like to take, please get in touch with the Umano Support team via Chat.
