Information asymmetry is an imbalance between two people in their knowledge of relevant facts and details, typically leading to a competitive advantage over others.
Restoring balance to the flow of information helps everyone get on the same page, widen the different perspectives available or insights that can be inferred and support alignment when the context is shared and understood.
That's why TeamX encourages all team members to be invited to own and share their team's practice data and insights within their Team Space as Users.
Users can be invited to your Team Space by selecting 'Users' from the 'Team Settings' menu in the sidebar within your Team Workspace.
You can edit existing User roles, search for existing Users within your organisation who already have TeamX access or invite new Users.
Team Space User permissions include:
Team Owners have the ability to edit sources and contributors, invite other team owners and viewers to their Team Space and generate email reports summarising their sprint or interval performance.
Team Viewers have the ability to view their Team Space and share their team's performance data and insights.
No Access removes the ability for Users to view this Team Space.
