Get a richer understanding of your team's delivery practices by changing the team members contributing to your project

To recap, a Team Contributor is effectively a data source for your Umano Team Space. Adding them to your Team Space in this way does not trigger an invitation for them to become a unique user with their own log-in access to this Team Space.

After setting up your Team, you can change the Team Contributors originally selected through the 'Contributors' option in the 'Team Settings' menu. You can find this menu in the sidebar within your Team Space.

Manage Team Contributors

  1. Click on 'Contributors' in the 'Team Settings' menu to edit the sources that feed your Team Space.

  2. Un-tick or tick the team contributors whose activity you want to be removed or added.

  3. Add the email address of any team contributor not surfaced by TeamX that you want to include.

  4. Complete by clicking Select # contributors

Changes made to your team contributors will be reflected in your team's insights from the next day onwards, and do not take effect historically.
