Measure is the entry level subscription to Umano, and unlocks access to:
Active Cycle Tracker including Reports & Charts for all Umano Metrics to measure team productivity and engagement
Improve
As your teams build confidence with what each metrics mean and how to take action to improve based on insights from their Active Cycle Tracker, then the Improve plan is best for them. This includes:
Reviewer, including Team Vibe, Team Input, ojo Insights spaces
Master
This plan has been created for those teams that are laser focussed on their continuous improvement, and are working at evolving into their highest perforfming selves. To best help these teams, the Master plan adds. the following components to their Improve plan:
Macro Cycle Reviewer (same as for Active Cycle, but aggregated across the longer-term period)
Playbooks, including Goals, Guardrails and Practices
